BLDM offers high-quality, in-house apprenticeship training programs that help individuals obtain careers in construction trades and join our workforce. BLDM also partner with many registered apprenticeship programs in Puerto Rico and expose apprentices directly to their job or trade interest. Once the apprentices graduate from our programs, they receive direct or preferred entry to work with us.
TRP and PACE are 12-week, 5 days a week, high-quality apprenticeship training programs on construction trades at our company. These programs help adults gain the knowledge, physical fitness, and technical trades skills needed to be competitive to apply and be accepted into an apprenticeship successfully.
